ADO Regional Playoff

Another great day of darts was had on May 31st. The men's bracket came down to a best of five playoff for first. Dan Zimmerman and Chris Martin played great all day. Chris won the first two, but Dan poured on the heat and won the final three, securing his spot on the All-Stars team in Connecticut. For the women, Leanna Clifford breezed through the field of 7 women and only lost one game during the day.

Congratulations to all who qualified to participate in the Regional, and good luck to Dan, Leanna, Zach and Katherine as they move on to Connecticut in August.

US Team Qualifier

The WDA will be sending one man and one woman to the US Team Regional Playoff in Oklahoma City on July 19th. The winners in OKC will advance to the national playoff in Austin, TX in October.

The WDA Qualifier will be held on Sunday, July 6th. The men will play at Mary's Supper Club and the ladies will play at American Legion Post #4. Signups will begin at Noon, with round robin play beginning at 1:00 pm. If you want a chance to play on the US Team, come out on July 6th to get your chance to qualify.

Lizzardpalooza 7.5

Yes, the one-off thing that has taken a life of it's own and turns 7.5 this year. The date: Labor Day Weekend. The place: Kenny's Farm & Dart. The what: A three day weekend of darts, bands, food and more darts.

The annual chance for one of our local artists to have their work immortalized on an AirCap t-shirt. Entries are due by the October Captain's meeting.
